This privacy policy and related to privacy applies to the Website of Arlo (the « Website ») operated by Avenord Inc. (« we ” or “ Arlo ") and accessible at www.arlopatio.ca. This policy aims to explain how Arlo collects, retains, processes, uses, discloses, and shares the personal information and personal data of individuals who visit or use the Website (" you »). 

In this privacy policy, the term personal information refers to information concerning an identifiable natural person. Information from analytics tools

However, the information collected in connection with these aforementioned payment methods is destroyed as soon as a payment confirmation has been sent to us. Payments that can be made through the Website are processed directly by our service provider, ELAVON, which alone has access to credit card information. ELAVON is also governed by its own policies regarding your personal data, which are different from ours and are applicable.

You are free, at any time, to withdraw your consent to the use of certain data, in particular, by withdrawing your consent to receive our commercial emails. The Website allows you to withdraw your consent to certain processing of your personal data, in particular by selecting or not the option to send you offers. promotional based on your activities on the Website. In the event that a modification is made, the new policy will be available through the Website. Applicable law  

This privacy policy privacy and all rights and obligations provided therein are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute or litigation relating to this privacy policy must be submitted to a competent court in the province of Quebec sitting in the judicial district of Saint-Hyacinthe, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.

The French version of these personal information privacy terms is the official version and takes precedence over the English translated version.
